Our First Graduate - Kindergarten That Is

Yep, Kimball passed with flying colors.  Okay, maybe not the biggest challenge, but she had a great year learning most of her sight words and her numbers and how to be a good student overall.  On her report card, her teacher mentioned that Kimball avoids the drama that happens.  I'm so proud of this little girl and thankful for her drama avoiding personality.  She sure is the best kid that I could've hoped to be the oldest in our family!

Just looking cute getting ready to sing some songs for us (which I may or may not have teared up a little while they sang).

Class of 2025?  Seriously?

Kimball just adored Mrs. Orr!  We were so thankful to have her as Kimball's teacher.  I got to volunteer a few times and watch her with her class and she was amazing!

And, this is what I found in my closet after my shower the other day.

Kimball and Jack in dirty clothes basket and Danny and Tod making sure the bassinet is ready for Addie.

Guess who's 2?

This kid!  Yes, Danny made it to 2 years on this earth.  He has definitely kept me and his older brothers ans sister on their toes this last year, as he has learned how to get into everything they have and want to play with them.  He does a great job keeping up with them.  He is also a very smiley kid.  He knows he's pretty dang cute and uses that trait to his advantage.  If I try and get stern with him, he tries to just smile at me to see if that will get him out of trouble.  I'll be honest, sometimes it does work :)
Here's his morning line up of toys and balloons (at Nana's house this year).

Classic pic of morning birthdays gone array.  I think he was not quite awake yet and someone probably "borrowed" one of his balloons or new toys.

How far he's come in the last 2 years.  I couldn't believe this ginormous baby was our new son.  We're lucky to have him and I'm looking forward to many more years of his entertaining personality!
